Clear books. Clear decisions.Structured, crisp and professional for established bookkeeping practices.
Open all 5 pages →DCLDi's Bookkeepers Quarter gives independent bookkeepers and small bookkeeping practices a defined, professional website package with a clear scope, five design directions and three campaign payment arrangements.
The deliverables below define the campaign package. The price changes for the campaign; the stated Business Essential scope does not.
Standard TAT: 7–10 business days, beginning after the project is accepted and DCLDi has received the content, access and assets reasonably required to build the agreed website.
The regular Business Essential priority option ($1,079 total / 4–5 business days) is not part of the Bookkeepers Quarter promotional pricing unless separately agreed in writing.
No vague bundle language. This is the customer-facing definition of the included scope.
| Deliverable | Included | Boundary / definition |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 5 custom pages | Five customer-facing pages maximum. | Typical structure: Home, About, Services, Who We Help/Industries, Contact. Page names may be changed. Additional pages are outside this package unless quoted separately. |
| Responsive design | Desktop, tablet and mobile layouts. | DCLDi adapts the approved design for common modern viewport sizes. It does not mean a separate native mobile application. |
| CMS | Editable content-management access for routine website content. | The production CMS is selected/configured by DCLDi. Routine text and supported content can be edited without changing source code. Custom CMS feature development is outside scope unless stated in the SOW. |
| Basic SEO | Foundational on-page setup. | Page titles, meta descriptions, semantic heading structure, crawl-friendly page structure and basic image-alt treatment where appropriate. It does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, backlink building, ranking guarantees or ongoing content production. |
| Up to 2 forms | Maximum two standard forms. | Examples: Contact and Consultation/Enquiry. Standard fields and email/lead delivery are included. Complex calculators, portals, uploads, conditional workflows or third-party automations require separate scope. |
| Basic analytics connection | Connection of one standard analytics property/tool where credentials are supplied. | Connection/setup is included; ongoing analytics management, reporting consultancy, paid tooling and advanced event architecture are not included unless separately agreed. |
| 6 months support | Support for the delivered website for six months from production launch. | Covers reasonable support relating to the delivered build, defect correction and guidance within the agreed scope. It is not unlimited redesign, new pages, new features, ongoing content entry or third-party service fees. |
| 2 revision rounds | Two consolidated revision rounds before final acceptance/launch. | A revision round means one consolidated set of requested changes against the agreed design/content scope. A new direction, new feature set or material scope change is separately quoted. |
| Standard TAT | 7–10 business days. | Measured from project readiness: applicable commencement requirement satisfied and required content/assets/access received. Client delays, delayed approvals, third-party delays and new scope can move the delivery date. |
Each demonstration contains five fully rebuilt navigable pages: Home, About, Services & Pricing, Resources/Blog and Contact. The names, sample companies and copy are illustrative; the selected direction is personalised to the customer's actual practice within the agreed scope.

One responsive page with an introduction/hero, core bookkeeping services, trust/about section, primary call-to-action and contact/enquiry section. It is a single scrolling page, not five pages compressed into one.
Additional pages, advanced functionality, custom integrations, ongoing SEO and features outside this defined one-page scope require a separate quote.
Choose the package, template direction and payment arrangement. Any amount shown as due today is processed through the DCLDi payment system.
Provide business name, logo if available, service information, contact details, preferred wording/assets and required access. The standard TAT starts when the project is ready to build.
DCLDi builds the agreed scope on staging. You review it and provide consolidated feedback through the two included revision rounds for Business Essential.
Where a balance/POD amount applies, it is due after staging review and before production launch, transfer or final handover. DCLDi then completes the agreed launch/handover.
The five demonstrations are design directions. Demo company names, contact details, people, claims and sample copy are placeholders. Staging imagery is illustrative. Final imagery may use customer-supplied assets or appropriately licensed/approved assets as agreed.
Where the website connects to analytics, email, payment, hosting, domain, maps or other third-party services, those services remain subject to their own availability, accounts, policies and charges. DCLDi's package price does not silently absorb third-party fees.
For plans with money due today, the next screen offers both PayPal and Bank Transfer via Skydo. POD choices create a reservation with no charge today; the final payment request can also be offered through either payment method.
Reservation does not expand the package beyond the deliverables stated on this page. Final project details are confirmed in DCLDi's accepted proposal/SOW or project confirmation.
No. DCLDi builds and presents the agreed website on staging. The POD/final balance is due after staging review and before production launch, transfer or final handover.
Yes. Under this campaign arrangement the total is $350: $100 due today and $250 due after staging review and before launch/handover.
Not in this release. The total is $450. The first $75 is processed today; five further $75 instalments are due monthly and are collected through DCLDi payment reminders/links. DCLDi does not describe it as automatic recurring billing unless a separate recurring-payment mandate is established.
When the project is ready to build: the applicable commencement requirement has been satisfied and DCLDi has received the content, assets, information and access reasonably required for the agreed build.
Yes, but pages beyond the included five are additional scope and must be quoted/agreed separately.
Yes, provided you have the right to use the supplied materials. DCLDi can adapt the chosen design direction around your approved business content within the agreed scope.
The Bookkeepers Quarter reservation offer shown on this page closes on 30 September 2026. DCLDi's then-current standard pricing and availability apply unless another written offer is made.
